CKMA Studio Policy & Registration Link
- A student secures his/her participation at CKMA once the registration form and tuition have been received.
- If Option 2 is used for tuition, the remaining balance is due at the halfway mark in that semester.
- Students may register after the start of a semester, as long as there is an available opening. Tuition will be adjusted according to the number of remaining classes in the semester. Tuition must be paid in full at the beginning of the delayed start.
- Tuition is non-refundable. Once tuition is paid, the student will be expected to attend all classes for that semester. If a student misses a class, that lesson’s tuition will not be refunded and will not carry over into the next semester.
- If the teacher must cancel class for any reason, a refund will be given for that missed lesson at the end of the semester OR that lesson’s tuition may roll over into the next semester if the student continues at CKMA.
- Appropriate behavior will be expected of each student when attending music classes. Please address this important expectation with your child as he/she begins at CKMA. If poor behavior is inhibiting the student’s ability to learn and affecting other students in the classroom, the parent will be contacted by the teacher to address the matter. The teacher reserves the right to dismiss a student for continued behavioral concerns.
